Julietta Wenzell

President

Julietta graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a degree in Physical Therapy. She is co-owner of Ocean Therapy Center where she and her staff help people get out of pain and back to doing the things they love. She is an international instructor of therapy techniques. She has been a member of WMBA since moving her clinic to Wilton Manors in 2015. She is happy to serve as president after two years as vice president.

Peter Jackson

Vice President

Peter is a business consultant and marketing coach who specializes in revenue growth, product development and business turnarounds. His 30-year career in publishing included serving as VP/Sales & Marketing of one of the largest privately-owned media companies in the nation. He retired from media in 2009 and moved to Fort Lauderdale, where he built three successful fitness-related businesses in seven years. He now focuses his energies on consulting and coaching small business owners and media groups.

Tim Moffitt

Membership Chair/Immediate Past President

Tim is an Ohio native and a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He spent two decades in the banking industry in the Midwest including senior positions at Fifth Third Bank, PNC and Bank of America before moving to Fort Lauderdale seven years ago. He is president/owner of Umbrella Credit Services and a senior relationship manager with FlashBanc, a leader in the electronic payments industry. Tim is a member of Proud Speakers, a Toastmasters group as well as Team Scandalous, South Florida’s LGBT country line
dance team.

Dr. Vanessa Koutalidis

Secretary

Vanessa was born in Saco, Maine and attended Penn State University, majoring in pre-medicine. When it became clear that she wanted to pursue chiropractic, she transferred to New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. Upon graduating magna cum laude in 1994, Vanessa returned home to Maine where she practiced for two years and then relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1997. She then worked as an associate chiropractor, during which time she met Dr. Kathy Schklair. They opened Island City Chiropractic in Wilton Manors in 2004.

Titmothy S. Hart

Treasurer

Tim has over 30 years’ accounting and finance experience including 10 years with KPMG, one the world’s largest public accounting firms. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy, Economics and Business Administration from Thomas More College, and has been a certified public accountant since 1984. He heads R3 Accounting LLC, handling SEC and other regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, back and front office systems implementations and a range of other finance and tax services.

Justin Romano

Networking Chair

Justin was born and raised in Woburn, Mass., a small town 15 minutes north of Boston but made Florida his permanent residence in April 2013. The owner of Bayview Payroll Services, he has more than 15 years’ experience processing complex payrolls for a variety of companies including franchisors and software developers. He’s an avid fitness enthusiast as well as a music lover. Justin is also the president of BNI Premier and is a trustee member for Go Riverwalk.

Jeffrey Selzer

Chancellor

Jeff is the owner of Selzer Law, where his practice is concentrated in Trust & Will Administration, Probate & Trust Litigation and Estate Planning. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies (combining majors in History & Political Science) at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., in 1981, followed by his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida School of Law in Gainesville in 1984. Jeff is an active and involved member of the Wilton Manors community and serves as the Chancellor on the board of WMBA.

Jeff Sterling

Major Events Chair

Just about a decade after this Indiana native landed in Wilton Manors, he was presented with the Key to The City for his outstanding contributions to culture and social events. Jeff is the proprietor of Sterling Tax & Accounting as well as Sterling Real Estate Management. He also heads Wilton Manors Entertainment Group, a nonprofit partnership between the City and the Wilton Manors Development Alliance that produces, among other events, the Stonewall Pride festival, Wilton Manors’ largest annual community event.

Leigh Ann Henderson

Wilton Manors City Manager, Ex-officio member

Leigh Ann Henderson was appointed City Manager of Wilton Manors in 2015. She has been a member of the City team since 1999 and has served in several roles, most recently eight years as Assistant City Manager. A South Florida native, Leigh Ann holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University.
